I called Zoe for a consult after seeing Tony Knight talk in Sydney. Tony’s talk made sense. His methods were practical and easy to follow.

My two male dogs had two serious fights after living happily together for two years. Both were rescue dogs. The fighting was so serious that they couldn’t live together anymore. After a couple of months my parents didn’t want the extra house guest and the situation was grim.

Zoe was a life saver. She listened to my problem and gave me the reassurance that the situation wasn’t hopeless. Zoe asked a lot of questions to determine the issues and triggers. Zoe put together an action plan that would result in the dogs living together again.

Zoe started by visiting home and observing the dominant dog in his own environment. This was invaluable for working out how to interact with him.Zoe’s advice was spot on. We noticed the changes in behavior straight away.

Zoe provided great service and followed us up for our progress. She gave us reassurance and reinforced the importance of what we were doing.

One month later Toby had progressed enough that we could try a reconciliation. Zoe was fantastic. She came out to home again on a weekend to observe the reconciliation. Zoe provided fantastic observations and recommendations on the behavior of each dog.

Zoe was fabulous and we can’t thank her enough for bringing our family back together. Her recommendations have really worked and changed our dogs behavior. Zoe really got involved in solving the problems. She provided great service, excellent advice and follow up service. She checked on our progress and provided additional support and advice. Zoe totally turned around the way we interacted with our dogs which has removed our guilt and restored peace at home.
